No Confirmation of Order After Order Processed

Dear Sir/Madam,<br> <br> I made an order for iPhone 5s at Telkom last week Wednesday 17th of June 2015. I've waited since then for order to be delivered to my place.<br> <br> I was suppose to get a confirmation number from Telkom and a tracking number and I have called them and nobody seems to know what happened to my order and they keep me waiting for almost an hour without telling me what happened.<br> <br> It worries me because with all this ***** happening in Telkom where foreign nationals are using other people's identification to open accounts and Telkom is so easy to approve accounts and very hard to deliver. <br> <br> Please reply as soon as possible.<br> <br> Regards<br> Thembinkosi Mlaba
