No confidence in Telkom! #Telkommustfall

<p>I renewed my telkom contract in March2016 after being with them for 2years. I then relocated to klerksdorp in May2016, i prior in April2016 made them aware of my move and told them about my concern that there is no network coverage in the area. They rep**** to me on Facebook that i should roam on MTN network whilst in the area and there wont be extra charge but upon roaming i realised that i loose about 1GB a day. I spoke with many consultant about the problem and none of them were of help to me and i concluded that i wont be stuck with a useless handset which i pay R699pm, i wanted it cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>There's no Telkom shop in Klerksdorp, i had to drive 65kms to Potchefstroom to get this sorted. The service was poor and nobody could help and they told me that i cant cancel my contract even though i explained my problem to them. I went to their website, downloaded the cancellation form, filled it and sent it to telkom and i received an email that my problem will be resolved in 21 days, that was on 26May2016. Until this far noone has contacted me, i reminded them in June2016 but nothing has happened. I buy extra data every month on top of what they give and that dents my pocket. I've realised that to Telkom im just statistic not a customer. I'm fed up, i want this contract cancelled ASAP!!!!!!!</p>
