No concrete feedback, still paying for nothing

<p>So the line is still not sorted, running at less than 1mb, although you expect me to pay for a 4mb line - which is what i've been doing since December!!!!!! Give me concrete feedback, fix my line and fix my account or cancel this service!!! I do not have to beg you for a service I am paying for!!!</p>
