No Comunication From Telkom

Here are some events that took place before my problem:

1. In January, I switched my bank but did not close the previous bank account 2. My New Bank informed Telkom to switch debit order, but however my current bank account is not closed. I left it on purpose just in case they have not updated their details at Telkom.

Beginning of my problem:

I have an existing cellphone contract with Telkom at a monthly bill of R166. In December they billed me twice(R332). I did not complain since I assumed they would not debit my account in January 2018. I went to Telkom to take another cellphone contract in February 2018 and there was no response for a week. I went back to Telkom to make a follow up 2 times at MY EXPENSE. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL. Upon my inquiry I discovered that my application was transferred to their "***** Department". What make me irritated is that they do not communicate at all. I would have appreciated if they had called or e-mailed me to resolve what ever billing issues they have with me if there is any.

After billing me twice in December(For Dec and Jan I assume), They tried to bill me for R532.94, in the middle of the month which does not make sense, on the previous bank account even thought they have my new banking details.

My Frustration comes from this now.

1. They are debiting an account that has no money now and an unfair amount of money, I am expecting them to debit R166 2. That has a potential to mess my credit record 3. Even though I went to the branch I did not get any help at all as to find out what is happening.

I respect Telkom as a business, but what I want from them is to communicate with me of any issues they might have with me, and also give me attention about my problems with them too. ALL I WANT IS COMMUNICATION NOTHING MORE!!!
