No compassion shown after damaging my property

<p>On 16th Jan, Telkom agents came to repair their lines which is across my house. They dug into my concrete driveway to run cables without my consent. They fixed their mess by covering up the holes with sand(which is now getting washed away in the rain). Furthermore whilst running the cables they burst my storm water pipe, now I have water sitting in my yard. This is highly frustrating and *********. You cannot go around and damage people's property and then take no accountability or acknowledge the damage you have caused. You are progressing with your business by *****ing from poor people!!!! I expect this to be sorted out immediately!!!!</p>
