No communication,very bad for a business that specialises in communication methods!!!!!!

Been a loyal customer to Telkom for over 4 years,went to the Somerset West mall store to do an early upgrade where the sales assistant was more helpful then some of their other stores.They had no stock of the phones we wanted but was told that they would keep in contact and let us know as soon stock arrives to complete the rest of the paperwork and to date no response whatsoever and its been a week,its all good and well to say you have good deals,cheapest data prices etc but cant even communicate to your loyal customers,not even a sms or email.This is the type of service that makes customers want to look for better service elsewhere regardless of the cost.
