No communication with your customer

I am so disgusted with your poor service. Why would u deduct money on a day that your customer don't get paid. You are ocuuring bank charges for unpaid debit orders. This is not Ayoba Telkom. Your people from home gives alot of attitude when being asked questions. Poor service
