No communication or feedback on my order

I app**** for a new cellphone contract online and after approval, they debited my account and said they would deliver the device in 7-5 working days. It's been 7 working days and I never received any communication regarding my order or even an SMS with a reference/order number to track my delivery. Such incompetence! I've seen someone stressing over waiting for their delivery for over a month with no communication from Telkom and struggling to get assistance or resolution, I'm already regretting this contract with Telkom.
