No communication from Telkom for over a month

I am writing this review on behalf of my uncle, with whom I live with. My uncle's name is Bheka Thunzi. We have been attempting to get Telkom to come install a landline and the unlimited wifi for over a month now and we have received no communication whatsoever with regards to this. The need for a landline is due to the fact that we moved houses.

We would really like it if this installation could be done as soon as possible.
