No communication from telkom
Not really a surprise but having endless issues with telkom. I moved house recently and requested my adsl line to be moved, first they mess up the date, then the address after clearly filling out the address and date for them. Finally told a technician will come to sort It out, they never pitch up, finally had enough and try to cancel my line and still have had no contact from telkom

07 Dec 2020, 14:19Still no joy form telkom excuses so far are, communication error, system offline, store just says point blank that they can't do anything, address needs to be verified, and sometimes they just cut the call
