No communication from telkom

So I've ordered the September router deal with Telkom online. After a week of no confirmation if my account has been approved. I phoned the call centre and the agent I spoke the said that my application was never submitted and so I had to reapply again!. I got a confirmation that my account was approved and still haven't received my router???

Seriously Telkom pull up your socks .....
