No communication, early debit in Jan

My debit order is supposed to go off the 30 Jan 2024, Telkom has just taken the amount from my account ignoring the normal debit order date. I do not have a issue with them debiting my account early, but what if they debit the same amount again the 30 Jan, what happens then. This means my next debit date should be the 28 Feb as i have paid in advance if i am correct.
