No communication at all Telkom Promenade

I went to telkom promenade mall on saturday the 9th of december to apply for the r799 unlimited adsl line for my home i was told it will take 7 to 21 days but i should expect a call within the next week. When i didnt receive the call i went back to the store to asked about the progress of my order and was again told by the consultant that they will contact me. Today the 26 december 3 weeks later i have yet to receive a call feom telkom. The service at telkom promenade is pathetic with their staff which is totally unprofessional, they have customer service and the cinsultant that i dealt with didnt even take the time to follow up on my order. I have yet to be contacted by a consultant or technician regarding my order if this is the way uou treat your new adsl customer i dont want to know how you treat your excisting customers
