No communication at all

We bought a phone in January Honor X9 and it came with ear Bluetooth headsetsand a watch to date we are still waiting. Was this a false advert to get sales? Numerous follow up done with Telkom Northumberland and head office no luck how long does one have to wait the business or sales personnel all they care is sales that's all
