no communication and over billing

I would like some assistance regarding my debts with telkom as i have communicated with them on several occasions as i have been unemployed for some time now actually since 2017 march and i tried settling the debt and they charged me R2000 some change and now the bill is at R 13 016 which does not make sense to me whatsoever. I cannot have a bill that keeps on going up with no communication from them whatsoever i had to see this from clearscore , tried communicating with them and i did not get any feedback.
