No Communication and lack of ethics

<p>So I've been messaging Telkom on facebook for quite some time now since they don't answer the phones and they hang up on you when they dont have the answer for you.<br /><br />They blatanly refuse to phone a person back even if they didn't do their job correctly.<br /><br />Below are links to the posts I have made and the replies I have been given, and still there is no reply from them.<br />https://www.facebook.com/TelkomZA/posts/***<br />https://www.facebook.com/TelkomZA/posts/***<br />http://tinyurl.com/jjohkma<br /><br />I hope someone with pull at telkom sees this, because they need to kick their staff into shape. People are spending how much money on your company and all you do is laugh at them as you either hang up in their ear regarding the issues they have, or completely ignore the clients they have.<br /><br />It doesn't even help to go to a store to get information because every second person in the store gives you another story, or they take hours to actually do something</p>
