No Communication

You guys have a serious communication problem...<br> <br> Last week I app**** through the website for a IPad Air 2 deal. The site said I would be contacted, and after several days, nothing, no email, no SMS, no phone call. At this point I assumed the site was broken and/or nothing had been done. <br> <br> I then went to the Telkom shop at Lakeside mall, filled in all the forms, provided all the documents, and was told the IPad Air 2 is not in stock and will be ordered. Fair enough. It is now again several days later and at this point I would have assumed to have gotten an SMS, or Email, OR ANYTHING to let me know an account of some sorts has been created and you're awaiting stock. But no, for all I know all the forms could have simply been chucked in the bin and I'm waiting around for nothing.<br> <br> So is anything at all happening?
