No Communication

I ordered a phone a month a ago two weeks back I got a phone call from a sales consultant Tulane to say my phone will be delivered with in 5 days its past two weeks now and I'm still without a phone when you try calling the sales number 10210 no one like in no one answers , can someone please get back to me cause I need to cancel the cell phone contract cause there is no way that I'm gonna pay for a device at the end of this month which I never received.
