No Communication

Been talking to Willana Visser since 9/5/17 about problems in my Telkom Acc I closed my acc with telkom almost a year earlier, but they never closed it She mailed me to tell me the dispute was logged at acc department since then, nobody has come back to me about anything except for your acc department saying that I owe them money

pls can we sort this out asap
