No Communication
<p>I got a brand new Samsung A5 phone on contract through Telkom, a week later i had to take the new phone in to Telkom at Clearwater Mall for water damage which was on the 13/04/2017 and to this day i havent received any form of communication from the store or Telkom regarding the update on my phone, this is a brand new phone not even 2 weeks old im paying monthly premiums on my business phone for a phone i dont have and no communication. for a new client this ias disgusting. as i mentioned this is my business phone and i am loosing out of business for this matter. i want urgent feedback as in tomorrow or a temporary phone</p>

This is beyond irritating and terrible service. after my long fight because of lack of communication from Telkom they finally repsond after i wrote this review, 1 week later i get an invoice an sms showing telkoms bank details and the amount i owe them of R6011.10 incl vat!!!!!!!! i want the head of Telkom or someone in management to contact me before i take this further, my phone was sent in to telkom after i only got it for 10day. i needed it repaired no one contacted me to let me know how far they were with my business phone or what was happening, i write this review then i get assisted and now i get a bill of R6011.10 for a brand new phone! IT WAS ONLY 10 DAYS OLD AND IM GETTING AN AMOUNT THIS HIGH NOT EVEN A BREAKDOWN OF WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE PHONE. I WANT A BRAND NEW PHONE, THIS IS A CONTRACT I TOOK OUT WITH YOU GUYS AND THIS IS THE TYERRIBLE SERVIE IM GETTING.
