No commitment to giving feedback on the progress of receiving stock

I had been told that there was stock in the I-phone 11 pro, when I got to the store there was nothing at all. I keep asking how long does it take for stock to arrive and no one from Telkom can give an answer or even estimated date/number of days it takes to receive stock in a phone which Vodacom took only 24 hours to fulfil an application and also commit to delivery to my doorstep...beginning to wonder if I should take up their offer...
