No com at TELKOM

Telkom is not recommended for any service of any nature. Been battling since 5 Dec’18 to get get an upgrade on a cellphone contract!! Today is the 7 Jan ‘2019!!! Don’t try to call them , because no one answers a phone EVER!!! So many exuses, from IT department to computer eror!!
