NO CLIENT SERVICE !!!! TELKOM? TELKOM? R149.00pm not outrages Amounts

Hello PETER, We purchased a Telkom huawei router for R149.00 per month we were never informed that it was an open account , we have logged various calls and cases and they just don’t get back to us , we got them so far to come and pick up the router, but still it was not cancelled as we requested various times per telephone discussion , we also went to their store in port Elizabeth where we could not be helped .. its been deducting money every month since we bought it. Charging us with outrages amounts and the thing is not even being used. No one told us that it is a open line and that we will pay more than we were told. R149.00 Except they charge us more , what can we do we have phoned them many times , many cases has been logged and they are still taking our money even though they have our device and we cancelled it. please help Thank you
