No client satisfaction at all

I have taken out a new contract in may last year and ever since i was unable to use the voice bundle which is a service im paying for have logged many cases which were closed and the recent one which was created again last week was just closed and no resolution at ALL i have going back and forth with no resolution they just keep on creating a new case since may 2017 when i took the contract out. This is **** service
