NO CHANGES MADE OR COMMUNICATION

WE SENT A MAIL ON THE 02 JUNE 2015 ASKING TO CHANGE THE BANKING DETAILS FOR THE DEBIT ORDER. WE THEN SENT A MAIL AGAIN ON THE 02 JULY 2015 AND STILL NO CHANGES OR COMMUNICATION WAS DONE!!!!!! AGAIN A MAIL WAS SENT ON THE 08 JULY 2015 AND STILL THE MAIL WAS IGNORED!!! AGAIN ANOTHER MAIL WAS SENT TO [Email Removed] She told us to send her the change of banking details and it will be done!!!! 2 months later it is STILL not done and now we get threatening smses that our line will be cut if no payment is going to be made. WE Sent you the change of details and it was sent in advance so why now do we have to be inconvenienced and then taken as ******* when we on our side sent the change of banking details!!! also I am the daughter of Denise and I pay the account and still they refuse to assist me in this. it seems they threatening for their money and when we want to pay they give me stories.
