No care attitude/Pathetic service

A few months ago we were without telephone lines for 2 months due to Telkom not repairing the line when it was reported. I even submitted a HelloPeter complaint. We were then billed for line rental for a line that was not working due to Telkom!!! We have requested numerous times that this be credited as it is Telkom's fault and we should not pay for line rental if the line is not working. To add more to this insult, Telkom have now also added interest on this line rental. My father has even been into the branch and was told someone would get back to him. We are still waiting! This needs to be sorted out NOW! PATHETIC SERVICE!
