No care attitude of telkom if their infrastructure is broken

There is a Telkom box on my wall, the door fell off during the weekend, all the wires are exposed. As I do not use a telkom line, they do not understand why Iog a call, tried 3 times, I can not give a landline number as I do not have one. I have given up now and it is their problem if the other people in the complex lines go down and they can get access to fix it when I am at home, so much for reporting a problem with their infrastructure even if it does not affect me
