No cancellation of service 6 months after request and still getting billed !!!!!!!!

It's been more than 6 months now since I've been trying to cancel my account and I still get billed for a servcice I don't use. I keep getting sent left write and center from your call center, online chat , web requests and instore.

A cancellation request on your website is marked as resolved but still the line is not yet cancelled.
