No calls made during load shedding

Dear Telkom. I always had good service with you guys, but now that we have load shedding, every time we have load shedding my cell phone has no signal, i will be okay with the fact that i cannot use the internet, but i can't even make a call, only emergency calls, surely this is not on. Telkom also had a problem one friday however to make up for it you gave us 500mb for free the weekend, just to inform you that was a good jester, but couldn't be used as you were off the whole weekend.
