No calls from telkom

I have app**** for a Telkom contract..No one ever phoned me back once.. I was phoned at wrk then my colleague gave them my number and said they will phone me 11h30..no calls at all. Worse all the telkom numbers on internet are not working not even the head office..the service is so bad
