NO CALLBACKS - PATHETIC/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

PAID-FOR data is not being used and will expire on 14th while the renewed contract data for the month is being used so my paid-for data will be wasted. I LOGGED TWO CALLBACKS in 4 days BUT NO RESPONSE. I received 2 calls BUT NO ANSWER and it is disconnected. IS THIS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ****MING US ?
