NO CALLBACKS / BREACH OF CONTRACT/ FIRST TIME CUST

An Advisor Nonlte added data n the incorrect line.<br> Offered a call back from her manager then called back and said her manager said data cannot be transfered over to the other line and refused to let me speak to a manager this went on from 12am the morning till after 3 am the morning, when Nontle dropped the line and never bothered calling back.<br> <br> I then called back and spoke Sizwe who advised me that Nontle had left no notes on the account and he transfered me to a manager who had me on hold for a hour then the line dropped.<br> <br> Thereafter I called in AGAIN! and spoke to Kwazi who was really tried to help, and was also the very first advisor to ask me security questions, which was a surprise to me as that meant the first two advisors had breached my account not only adding data to the incorrect line, he advised me that his manager will call me back Monday personally as i called over a weekend, once again no call back.<br> <br> I then called in once again and spoke to Eugene, he also really tried to help, i eventually spoke to a manager for the very first time after this whole awful process! Lungiso Zaku, he was listening to the calls when the line dropped and he just never called back!<br>
