No call received from Telkom as promised

I made a complaint on 12 Jan regarding a Telkom manhole that has not received any attention although they vowed to fix the problem.<br> <br> Telkom responded quickly the same day that they will contact me. the fixed line department. I don't know what they have to do with manholes that must be lowered or moved but until know we have not had a call from Telkom. What's happening people?<br> <br> Barbara
