No call centre agents answering calls

I repeatedly have been calling your call centre on 180 from my Telkom mobile. It says there's no call. Entire agents and hangs up automatically. Then I get an SMS telling me to chat to you on Whatsapp but it's all useless automatic responses. I need help and I need to speak to a real person not a useless whatsapp bot.
