No Call back on orders

I've ordered a LTE Mifi [URL Removed] 5GB at R99.00/m twice on Friday - no one called me back, then on Sunday I went to Woodlands and to Menlyn to get it, they didn't have stock. I ordered it again online now, no one calls back. I even tried the \chat with us\" online ...nothing!<br> I've tried calling Menlyn, Woodlands and Brooklyn - their numbers are busy & it says dial 62 - for a call back service. What a joke, they call you back (automatically) and then after a number of rings, it disconnects!!"
