No Call back, kept waiting online , no follow up

<p>I have a new contract with Telkom - smart broadband wireless 50GB - ********** 25</p> <p>i requested that the debit order goes off monthly on the 25th however its the firts and still the debit order has not gone off the amount due is much higher than what i was advised it would be, i tried contacting them on the 31/07 waiting on call for 5 + min no answer, tried chatting via internet no response for an hour , send a call me back request no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just wanted to query the amount and debit order ... no help ??? no Service ???</p>
