No Call back

I app**** online for WiFi and I was told someone would contact me. Fair enough , they did call yesterday but I was busy and I asked for a call back 20 minutes later. They haven’t called yet and whenever I try call the number myself it rings but no answer. The number is +27 (21) ***. Please could they call me back
