NO CALL BACK
On Monday our internet and phone line dropped, to no surprise. Reported it, telkom guy came out Wednesday and said the entire box is dead. Says its not his department ( Checked fault online says "Resolved" FAR FROM). So again call Telkom call center to find out how long this repair will take the attendant said she will find out and they will call me back. No call back, phoned again today, was promised a call back still no call back. I have been with Telkom for so many years yet you dont get treated like a loyal customer. All i want to know is how long the repair is going to take.

I must admit a gentleman came on Friday and now he told us its might take another week. This is unacceptable. Then it will two weeks with no connection. Please update me on how we can make this process faster.

21 Nov 2017, 10:37Still nothing from Telkom! You know the least you people could do is have the audacity to phone your customers and tell them what is going on. We have been clients for years yet we get the awful service that we get. We are going two weeks now without a line. This is DISGUSTING!
