No cables

I've had a Telkom line in Johannesburg, since we've relocated to Pretoria I've Telkom on 14/Oct to request relocation.<br> Technician was scheduled for 21/Oct to install in Pretoria - did not come<br> Called Telkom again on 26/Oct they rescheduled for 02/Nov, a technician came but said there are no cables.<br> I called in again on 04/Nov, scheduled a technician for 05/Nov he came but did nothing.<br> I got an SMS saying it was rescheduled for 09/Nov but again no one came.<br> <br> Today 10/Nov I called them again, and they can't give me an answer as to when cables / line will be installed.<br> USLESS service, I have to call them, they never call / sms to give me an update.<br> <br> <br>
