NO BUSINESS = TELKOM BUSINESS

Telkom Business, logged a call that telephone line is down on 23 March 2018. Reference number 60CTZ230318. 26.03.2018 received sms to say Telkom will attend to fault shortly, 29.03.2018 got another sms stating Telkom is investigating the cause of the problem, 31.03.2018 got another sms to say the fault is in the hands of the technical repair division, 01.04.2018 another sms to say that Telkom is working hard toward resolving the fault, 04.04.2018 got another sms to say that Telkom is aware of the frustration....... No technician has been on site, no LIVING HUMAN BEING has picked up the phone to update on the matter we only receive these "system sms's" which at the end of the day mean NOTHING!!
