No Business Phone Lines For More Than A Week!!!

Our business premises (as well as other companies in our street) have been without phone lines for more than a week. We have reported this on numerous occasion and we are only receiving empty promises. This is severely affecting our business. We have heard every excuse in the book this past week and yet nothing is being done. One would think that business line faults would get better service but who are we kidding?
