No blackberry

My blackberry service has been off since the 24th of March and nobody knows why and I am fobbed off with pathetic recommendations that I should reboot my fone. Eventually I attain a case number ***5. I am told to wait 5 days then another week and all they say is they have no idea what is going on and that there was a network problem and 70 % of the cases were solved. My case keeps going higher and nd higher they say, what ever that may mean only they know.
