NO BENEFITS TO DATE

I purchased a new cellphone 28.01 at shelly centre and also ported my number from mtn. I did advise the clerk that my daughter will take the new phone and I will use hers. I would like the contract to be on my 083....... number. To date 01.03 I have not received the benefits of the contract and I have been back to the branch on numerous occassions. Is there anyone from Telkom that actually CARES!!!!
