No available signal for urgent business calls.

I have never experienced any signal problems in my area (Lydenburg, Mpumalanga), although I see that a lot of people do. Since last week Friday ((23rd of March 2018) I have not been able to connect on my phone at all. I am not able to receive my business calls, make any calls or send any sms's.

I reported this to Telkom on their Facebook page, but no-one gets back to me on this urgent matter.
