No Available ADSL Lines

I wanted to port my ADSL line to another supplier. The new supplier were having problems comunicating and explaining to the local telkom office on how to port or make the line available as this line was not on any contracts. Ok, after all of this, nothing could be done to port or make the adsl line available.<br> <br> The TELKOM oporator then sugested that we should cancel the ADSL line and this would make it possible for the other supplier to take over the line. Ok, line canceled, now TELKOM says \ There are no adsl ports available on that exchange". WHAT ....!!<br> <br> This has now been going on for more than a month... I stay right behing the exchange. You cannot tell me that Richards Bay has no available ports? How can a big city have no available ADSL ports?<br> <br> Hope someone can assist me"
