No assitance and rude staff

I bought a phone from Telkom mobile and 2 days late the phone could not utilize mobile data which meant I re**** on WIFI to have functionality of the phone. Calling between 7 in the morning and 11 at nigh was a waste of time as I held the phone for more than 30 minutes without reply. I woke up at 2 am for 2 consecutive nights but I received no assistance from the consultants. They got tired of me requesting assistance they ended up hanging up on me or letting me talk alone. I regret renewing my contract with these bunch of losers.
