No Assistance to cancel contract that is soon reaching expiry

<p>I put in a request ages ago for one of my numbers to be changed from contract to prepaid on expiration of the contract which is soon to come into effect. My reference is as follows: Your query will be attended to.Your case number is ********** 4. I received a call on monday, however, as I am a teacher, I cannot always answer my phone. I called the call center and requested to be called before 1pm or after 2pm on Monday. I have still not been assisted. I contacted Telkom via Facebook and asked to be called on Wednesday as I was not teaching on that day - still no call. Please can this urgently be attended to and the contract cancelled as requested per the reference above.</p>
