No assistance regarding coverage in my house, no support at all

I have logged a complaint with Telkom more than a month now and to date nobody is willing to assist. We have more 5 contracts with Telkom mobile and paying more than R3000 every month for data that we can't use. The signal is very bad and I am just paying for nothing. Never again I'm going to take a contract with Telkom. These guys are useless and unprofessional.

There is coverage in my area but no coverage in my house. I'm very angry as I can't work from home and my kids school work can't be done since there is no coverage.
