No Assistance Received

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I have been trying to start the process of adsl installation at the Telkom Adderley Street store but I am as of yet to be assisted. I have waited more than the 7 working days, I did not receive a reference or order number and I have called in time and time again only to be told I will be contacted immediately each time - which has not happened. I have been told 3 times - after calling the store - that someone would contact me and it seems these are lies being told so that I may stop calling? <br> <br> I would call the call centre for the adsl installation and not deal with Telkom Adderley Street's poor service but I have already filled a form in at the store.<br> <br> I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I have received.
