No assistance on the reported Internet issue

I have been with No internet since 21 March 2026 from 11 am.

I have reported the matter twice now and the consultants assisting me escalated the after attempts to resolve the matter. Now this matter is not attended to at all and is frustrating as the users of the fibre internet are relying on it for their studies.
